Eithne talked about how And Winter Came explores themes of the season and the passing of time. I am just drooling over both of them, Eithne is just perfect, got to love her :) Btw, is it just me or do you also find that her accent has changed over the years?

At the moment, I’m working on some updates to the website (adding AWC info and photos as the traffic got back to normal) and wanted to ask you: is there anything particular you’d like to see?

Enya talked to Elaine Paige and Neil Fox about her favourite music, I must say that I really enjoyed listening to these interviews. Indulgence and My Essential Musicals. I checked some of the songs online, it was really an interesting mix.

I’m sure you’ll all love this laid back interview with Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2. Listen to it online (fast-forward to 1:38). And don’t forget to watch Enya’s performance of Trains and Winter Rains on ‘Children in Need’ fundraiser in Belfast.

Concerning the lack of new photos and screenshots: I am terribly lazy AND the site’s traffic is high because of the new album. Therefore, if I uploaded any more pictures the bandwidth limit would get exceeded and OOTB would be offline once again. But don’t worry, sweethearts! There’s still Simone’s extensive picture archive. She’s doing a wonderful job, don’t you think?

We all know that the new album is great but if you wanna read some reviews anyway, here you go: The Badger Herald & BlogCritics Magazine. Herald Sun published an article/interview Queen of the Castle. There’re some cute parts, definitely recommended reading :)

Even if you missed Trains and Winter Rains radio premiere, you can listen to the song on the BBC website. Go to BBC 2 – Wake up to Wogan and fast-forward the Monday show to 1:44. I am in love with the new single, I think it’s really catchy :)

Some great news from enya.com: Terry Wogan will play Trains and Winter Rains on his morning programme ‘Wake up to Wogan’ at 9.10 am (GMT) on Monday 29th September 2008. The show is available online.

I can’t wait to listen to the whole song. I heard just a short sample and now I am super-excited about it :)

Newstalk.ie uploaded a very lovely interview with Enya from The Right Hook Show. It was recorded after she received honorary doctorate from NUI Galway.

University of Ulster posted an interesting article on Enya’s visit to the Magee campus. It mentions that Enya, Nicky and Roma Ryan are preparing their biography in film and book form. Read the full article and listen to Enya’s graduation speech.

“Someone Said Goodbye” is going for adds on 10 July 2006 in the USA. Promotional copies of the single including a new remix were sent out to US radio stations and the song is going to be put on the station’s rotational playlist. There will however be no commercial release and no video.

According to Enya.com, the Amarantine single will be released on November 14, preceding the album on November 21. The song will be aired on BBC Radio 2 between 08:00 – 09:00 (GMT) on October 10 (Monday) on Terry Wogan’s show. HMV Japan uploaded the cover of the new single.
