Personally, I'm scared that ''The Very Best Of Enyya'' may be a subtle way of saying: ''No more albums!'' If you think about it, no one would suspect anything because without any word from Enya in four years we would just think they were working on the new album. I may just be jumping to conclusions but I'm still worried because personally the cd/dvd set seemed like 'Farewell'. :(

Nathan, I have the wallpapers (also from other people), just not the time to put them online. I'll try to do it, but as I'm working at the moment, I don't have a lot of free time to dedicate to the site.

"Very best" might as well be farewell to Warners. For me it seems another artistically unnecessary "contract album".

For big artists contracts usually end with a Christmas album (we already have that one) and a best album.

Since Enya already is a veteran and for her it gets harder and harder to compete for mainstream popmarket dollars (of young tenagers) she might as well move to some independent label.

I was actually wondering myself if "The Very Best Of" was supposed to be a sort-of goodbye present to her fans... But then, in the DVD edition, didn't the guy (I can't remember his name but it wasn't one of the Trio) say that "there's more to come... a lot more..."?

Nathan: Yes I did make them! Also, A guy did a Biography in the CD/DVD booklet. (it wasn't any of the trio) & he did say that. I was wondering that same thing myself (the title being 'very' best) But I think there really is more. & I think/hope she'll stay with warner bros. & don't think Enya's calling it quits yet (I certainly hope not)

I just saw this posted on another website, someone asked the question whether or not the broadcast would be available online.

Pretty much, if you don't have Dish Network, this appearance is pretty much worthless because I don't think hardly any, if any, Enya fans at all get this channel. :(

The only other way we might see it is if someone puts it on youtube...and that's a big if since the broadcast isn't going to reach very many people. It makes me sad because I want to see it. The first appearance in a while and I can't even see it...it's frustrating.

Merry Christmas everyone! I actually got two Enya items for christmas this year. (stuff I would only get for christmas) I got the Deluxe edition of Amarantine with Roma's lovely book. I also got the Only Time Collection. I was so glad to get them all! I Hope you all had a great Christmas/Holidays!

Sweetness! I want that book so bad. People must have been very generous this year! Wish I could borrow it :-) I got "A Day without Rain" (I know that's wired because I've been a fan for years but I've never gotten around to getting that album cause I always borrow it but now I have it so I'm happy :-)

I wonder if this year will get a new album. I thought about this, because of the reference that the song "My! My! Time Flies!" makes to this year. I don't think that Enya is saying goodbye just yet... at least I hope that we'll have more music to come.

Hello Alexander, I have to disagree with 2010 being a new album... You need to remember that the process usually takes two to three years to create a new album, not one year. Yes, the reference of 2010 can mean many things and it is vague not direct... It's a good idea not to let our minds float and believe personally that 2010 means this when it can mean many things.

I do see your point. To be honest, I did that it would have been too soon for a new album... but it does not hurt to dream a bit... after all, it is more precious than gold.

It's okay Alexander. :) My dream is that 2010 could be an arrange tour... We can all dream, but hold low expectations.

No te preocupes Oscar que en una entrevista que hizo en España sobre And Winter Came aseguró que la música es su pasión y que no tiene intención de dejarlo. Este recopilatorio no es idea de Enya sino de su discográfica Warner con la clara intención de recaudar dinero
