And Grammy nomination for Best New Age album??????. :(

New age album??? Anyway, I agree, "And Winter Came..."'s album cover is spectacular.

"And Winter Came" is certainly one of the best new age album of the year. WE; ALL the ENYA's FAN think so! and the lovely cover is only the part of this great success. ENYA -homage to Nicky & Roma- is always the best; her voice, her music, her dignity, her charm and her honesty. WE; ALL the ENYA's FAN think so! n' est-ce pas? ;)

That's a good news but sounds strange...I expected at least a nominee for the music...Neither watermark at the time got one, it seems, although it's considered the best among all Enya's albums.
Eithne, you're surely the greatest female composer of our times (and even past), a true genius !!

Hello there again, & following up on Marcos's comment up there, Where did you get the "forest fairy" picture? I loved it immediately. When I first saw it I foolishly thought "single cover"? (was it that foolish?) you know, kinda like they did with "only if..." But, then I saw you had it in the "And Winter Came..." pic album.

Hello guys, the picture was uploaded by Simon Fowler (the photographer) to a photography website photo.net. He has a large portfolio there - over 50 photos, mostly portraits of singers and musicians. According to its EXIF information, the photo was taken on March 28, 2008, so I concluded it was one of AWC promo shots that didn't make it to the album booklet. Anyway, I really love it, I thought Enya looked like a fairy. Hence the title :)

I think that is strange that the Grammys nominated the photo casue usally it is the music. But I hope she wins in the grammys. And I love the Fairy picture of Enya. The picture is beatiful.

This cover definitely deserves an award. When I saw the cover of And Winter Came... and the promo pictures I was delighted with how lovely Enya looks now. This cover is one of my favourites, along with the Watermark cover and A Day Without Rain too.

I like this cover too. I'm a very big winter fan with snow, christmas and so on. It is very beautiful to see that she maked 'And Winter Came'.
This cover will win the grammy award, because the design is very nice and calmful.
